New South Wales | Multi-Residential Building
Tresillian Petersham

Built in 1921 and fully reconstructed and refurbished in 2020, Tresillian spans an impressive 2500-sqm corner block in the heart of Sydney’s vibrant inner-west.

Spaced across four unique and individually secured wings, a selection of forty brand new, fully self-contained, private studio apartments. Each of the rooms contains a private bathroom and kitchen fitted with a STIEBEL ELTRON electric instant water heater.

Tresillian, in Petersham, was the first 'Infant Welfare Training School' established in 1921 by the Royal Society for Mothers and Babies. It was located at 'Tresillian', a fine house in Shaw Street, Petersham. The house name became the name of the Royal Society for Mothers and Babies mothercraft facilities.
