End of Trip Facilities Upgrade

This two-year-old commercial office building, developed by Morris Property Group, recently underwent a significant upgrade to its end-of-trip facilities. The existing gas centralised hot water plant was replaced with a more energy-efficient solution from STIEBEL ELTRON.

Prosync Industries expertly managed the retrofit, replacing the outdated gas system with a state-of-the-art STIEBEL ELTRON heat pump solution. This installation included 10 x WWK 302 STIEBEL ELTRON hot water heat pumps, complemented by a commercial booster tank. The new system was installed prior to decommissioning the old gas plant, ensuring uninterrupted hot water service for the building’s end-of-trip facilities.
