SNU Range Of Point Of Use Water Heaters

The Stiebel Eltron SNU Range of Point of Use Water Heaters arean ideal compact hot water unit offering the benefits of convenient under sink installation.  Available in a 5 or 10 litre capacity the SNU models reduce the time it takes to get hot water to the outlet with installation close to the point of use.  This in turn reduces water wastage through waiting for hot water to arrive at the tap.

Additionally, under Australian Standard AS 3500does not require5 or 10 litre units to have aplumbed safe tray or relief valve.  Both models have a standard 240 volt plug in connection (I/N/PE-240V) and practical cable storage on the back panel for storing excess length of the cable. 

Both the 5 and 10 litre SNU water heater models have thermal insulation to help limit heat loss and both include the Thermo-stop feature which prevents energy losses through the mixer taps.  These compact water heaters are non-pressurised (open vented) units and must be installed with the Stiebel Eltron tap ware.  Currently 4 styles of mixer taps are available to suit the SNU 5 and the SNU 10.

The SNU 5 also has an Anti-Drip feature which prevents tap dripping during heat up and reduces lime scale build up on the tap.
