Your Service Job
You will be notified by email and SMS when a service agent has been assigned to your job. The message will contain a job reference number which can be used to identify your job when speaking to anyone from the STIEBEL ELTRON service team. Once a service agent has been assigned to your job, if you are not contacted within 24-48 hours, please call us on 1800 153 351.

Please ensure no physical contact with our service agent. Ensure the door to premises is open and service agent has a clear path to the water heater. Please do not touch the water heater or taps and if you have, please sanitise what was touched before service agent arrives. Our service agents are on the front line ensuring your health, please adhere to this advice strictly.
If you or someone in your household is experiencing symptoms or is currently in isolation due to COVID-19, you MUST contact us on 1800 153 351 to inform the service team immediately.
