The project required a comprehensive hot water solution for the end-of-trip facility, with a focus on an all-electric system. To address this, we supplied 6 SBB 501 WP SOL high-efficiency solar water heaters and 3 WPL-A 07 air source hydronic heat pumps. These systems ensure reliable and sustainable performance across all 15 levels while adhering to the all-electric design requirement.
The building has achieved a 4.5-star NABERS Energy Rating, demonstrating its commitment to energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact. Additionally, it boasts a 6-star NABERS Water Rating, highlighting its excellence in water conservation and sustainable management practices.
