Premium Waterfront Hot Water Solutions for Jack & Newell Apartments

 Located at 27–29 Wharf Street in the heart of Cairns, Jack & Newell Apartments is a premium waterfront residential development renowned for its spacious apartments, resort-style amenities, and prime position overlooking Trinity Inlet. The complex combines contemporary apartment living with the site's historic heritage façade, creating one of Cairns' most recognisable residential addresses.

To support the building's domestic hot water requirements, a Stiebel Eltron CMT Flex system featuring a CM-T 33 module was installed as the centralised hot water solution. Delivered in partnership with Reece and commissioned in 2026, the system provides reliable, energy-efficient hot water for residents while meeting the body corporate's long-term performance requirements.

The project shows that Stiebel Eltron's commercial hot water technology works well in high-density residential developments, providing reliable comfort, efficiency, and operational reliability in a premium coastal environment.
