Located at the corner of Johnston and Gore Streets in Fitzroy, Fabbrica is a contemporary residential development comprising 85 apartments and townhouses. Designed by SJB, the project draws on the site's industrial heritage while introducing thoughtfully designed homes and shared resident amenities.
STIEBEL ELTRON Inclusion
STIEBEL ELTRON supplied and commissioned a CM-T 55 Commercial Hot Water Skid as the centralised hot water solution for the development. The pre-engineered skid system provides a streamlined approach to commercial hot water delivery, combining multiple components into a compact, coordinated system.

Outcome
Delivered in March 2026 and successfully commissioned in August 2026, the STIEBEL ELTRON CM-T 55 provides Fabbrica with a reliable, purpose-designed centralised hot water solution supporting modern inner-city living.
