Centralised Hot Water Solution for Modern Bayside Living

Located at 248–250 Bay Road, Sandringham, Sanctuary Sandringham is a premium residential development comprising 75 residences, including 71 apartments and four townhouses. Designed to complement the surrounding Heathland Sanctuary, the project focuses on energy-efficient living, natural comfort, and high-quality residential amenities.

To support the development's domestic hot water requirements, a Stiebel Eltron CMT Flex system featuring a CM-T 55 module was installed as the centralised hot water solution. Delivered in collaboration with Origin Energy, the system was selected to provide reliable and efficient hot water delivery across the multi-residential complex while supporting the project's broader sustainability objectives.

Successfully commissioned in 2026, the installation demonstrates how Stiebel Eltron's commercial hot water technology can be seamlessly integrated into medium-density residential developments. Through close coordination between the project team, installer, developer, and Stiebel Eltron's technical specialists, the system was brought online efficiently, ensuring dependable performance, energy efficiency, and long-term resident comfort for all 75 homes.
