1A Constitution Avenue is a new commercial development in Canberra, designed by Bates Smart for Capital Property Group. Located at the intersection of Constitution Avenue and Vernon Circle, the 18,570 m² development forms part of Canberra’s civic precinct and is designed with sustainability and reduced embodied carbon as key priorities. The building is fully electric and powered largely by solar energy.
STIEBEL ELTRON Inclusion
STIEBEL ELTRON is providing a CM-T 33 commercial hot water skid as the centralised hot water solution for the development. The system incorporates three high-efficiency WPL-A 07 heat pumps and three hot water storage tanks, delivering a reliable and energy-efficient solution for the building.

The skid-mounted system provides a compact, pre-engineered solution designed for efficient installation and long-term performance. Heat pump technology reduces reliance on conventional electric water heating while supporting the project's all-electric design and sustainability objectives.
