Leederville

M/24 by Match located in Leederville is a boutique mixed-use development consisting of 39 one and two bedroom apartments featuring the DEL electric instantaneous water heaters.

Designed by world renowned architectural firm ARM, they have taken their design lead from the original use of the site as home to Golden West Aerated Water Company (established c1902), and designed a striking contemporary statement spanning over 4-storeys.

STIEBEL ELTRON DEL electric instantaneous water heaters were selected to provide hot water to the apartments. The DEL instant hot water heaters maintain a hot water delivery temperature not exceeding 50°C in accordance with AS3498. This overcomes the need for a separate tempering valve in situations where 50° Celsius hot water is required.

In 2018, the building was awarded the Master Builders Award for Best Multi-Unit Development between $10-20 million.
