You may report any suspected security or safety issues you come across with our products (hardware/software) to either safety@stiebel-eltron.com.au, through our webform contact with enquiry type “Security Request” or by calling 1800185351.

At a minimum, please include in your report the product type (heat pump, ventilation system), the model of the device and a brief description of the problem identified.

You will receive acknowledgment of reporting within 3 business days and will be contacted for status updates. General updates and news will be published on this site as they become available.
