Bathers Beachside Apartments

Bathers Beachside Apartments is the newest and most exclusive apartment project on the Redcliffe Peninsula. Consisting of 24 large-scale apartments in Margate's prime location, the building has implemented a decentralised hot water system to ensure the continuous supply of hot water to all residents.

Each apartment has its own Stiebel Eltron electric instantaneous hot water unit installed in each apartment, compared to traditional centralised systems that use a centralised hot water system for all apartments.
